Pillars of light and love
Our mission is to empower youth and adults to build self-esteem, confidence and strengthen abilities through educational, social, supportive and employment programs in an inclusive, diverse and collaborative environment. Through youth empowerment programs, workshops and support groups, we teach youth and adults to reduce stress, have strong self-esteem, overcome anxiety, depression and bullying. Our mission expanded in 2022 when we opened the So Much to Give Inclusive Cafe(opens in new tab) and then the So Much to Give Inspiration Studio(opens in new tab) in 2023 with a focus on inclusion.
The “pillars” of light and love are the volunteers, instructors, and community members who help us support and empower individuals, strengthen our community and create a lasting impact through kindness, compassion, and inclusion.
When you support us, you become one of the pillars that make our various missions possible.

Inclusive Employment & Independence
Through the So Much to Give Inclusive Café, we create meaningful supported-employment opportunities for individuals of all abilities to develop job skills, build confidence, connect with the community and experience true inclusion. Individualized training and ongoing support help each employee grow and succeed in a welcoming workplace.
Inclusive belonging, creativity & community
Through the So Much to Give Inspiration Studio, we provide inclusive creative, social and recreational opportunities for teens ages 15 and older and adults of all abilities. Through art, music, movement, outings and shared experiences, participants express themselves, build confidence, develop friendships and experience a true sense of belonging.
